Now Hiring - Equipment Sales Representative-Bilingual in Conroe, TX

Brookside Equipment Sales, the John Deere Dealer in S.E. Texas, has an immediate opening for an ambitious, high energy, sales driven bilingual individual at our Conroe, TX location.

This is primarily an inside sales position focused on our line of John Deere Small Ag and Utility Equipment, consisting of Utility Tractors, Compact Utility Tractors, Commercial Mowers, Utility Vehicles and a large line of implements and accessories. Our product line also contains Compact Commercial Equipment including Skid Steer Loaders, Compact Track Loaders, Mini Excavators, Wheel Loaders and a full line of attachments and accessories.

This position requires the ability to seek out new prospects, manage existing accounts, and win competitive brand accounts. Must become proficient at machine operation and applications. Must have the ability to transport machinery and perform on site demonstrations.

Sales professionals must have the ability to manage time and performance, and will be required to generate sales quotes, invoices, finance installment contracts, itineraries, expense reports and other documents. Must have the ability to make a professional sales presentation and close sales. Must have excellent conversational skills both written and oral. Bilingual in Spanish / English is desired but not required. Math skills and the use of a 10 key calculator is required. Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, email and other operations is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
